I’m Emily Climer, a driven and visionary CEO based in Las Vegas, and the force behind A Perfect Hue, a luxury salon experience built on elevated standards, consistency, and growth. While I’m no longer accepting guests behind the chair, I’ve fully stepped into scaling one of the top salons in Las Vegas and mentoring beauty professionals who are ready to build profitable, systemized salon businesses and step into true leadership.
I’ve been licensed since 2003, and my career has always been rooted in advanced education and a commitment to excellence. I hold Redken Color Certification, Redken Design Certification, and Bellami Extension Certification, and I’ve built A Perfect Hue to reflect those standards at every level. Our salon has been recognized on Salon Today Top 200 multiple times, featured on Salon Expertise in Las Vegas, and proudly holds the number one ranking on Google with a 4.9 rating, a true reflection of the experience, consistency, and results we deliver.
Connection has always been at the core of everything I do. Whether I was behind the chair creating natural, lived-in color and seamless extensions, or now leading a high-performing team, my passion has always been helping others grow. Today, my focus is on mentoring stylists and salon owners who are ready to scale with intention, implement proven systems, increase profitability, and build teams that don’t rely solely on them. Through my involvement with Entrepreneurs’ Organization Las Vegas, I’ve expanded my perspective on leadership, business, and what it truly means to build something impactful from the ground up. Going from nothing to success will always be my favorite transformation.
Outside of the salon, I’m a proud boy mom, and motherhood is what inspired me to step into this next level of leadership. I’m deeply committed to discipline and growth, you’ll find me at the gym by 5:30am most mornings. I have two rescue pitbulls and a huge heart for saving animals. While Las Vegas is home, I’ll always be a proud Michigander. I love traveling, exploring the surrounding areas, and staying ahead of the curve with social media, technology, and AI.
