Executive Assistant | Virtual Assistant Coach | Kind Voice Behind the Phone
Hi, I’m Camille!
With over 13 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies and clients, I’ve worn many hats—executive assistant, team leader, front desk support, and now also a coach for aspiring virtual assistants here in the Philippines.
I currently work as an Executive Assistant to Emily, where I help manage front-desk calls and provide support in the kindest, most professional way I can. Whether I’m answering phones, handling tasks, or jumping into a assist, I always try to show up with a calm tone, a helpful spirit, and a natural, human approach.
What makes me unique?
🌼 Kindness is my superpower. People say I have a warm, sincere way of speaking—especially over the phone. I love making people feel heard and cared for, whether it’s a quick question or a complicated concern.
I’m also a coach and mentor! I guide other VAs in the Philippines to grow in their careers, find confidence, and build a path that works for them. Seeing others succeed lights me up! Furthermore, I used to be an introvert—two years of leading teams and working with agents and clients helped me discover that I actually love making people feel heard and sharing their stories. It seems my ability to bring calm, order, and support in high-stress situations is my strong suit, and a passion. I’m enthusiastic about learning, and I continue to take trainings and courses (especially ones that Emily shares—love those!).
Outside work, I’m family-oriented, love softball, enjoy watching games, and I travel whenever I get the chance. I also love reading books on wisdom, leadership, and success—they keep me grounded and growing.
Lastly, I care deeply about the people I support. I believe that kindness and professionalism can go hand in hand. Whether you’re a client, a team member, or someone just starting out—I’ll meet you where you are, listen with intention, and do my best to make things easier for you.
