I'm Ashley Baker, originally from Long Island, New York, and now proudly serving the Las Vegas Valley.
As a busy mom of three, I understand how important it is to feel cared for, valued, and beautiful. Between careers, families, and life's endless to-do lists, finding time for yourself can feel impossible. That's why I've intentionally created a salon experience that allows you the option to slow down, relax, and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
My journey in the beauty industry began many years ago, and with every season behind the chair, my passion for this craft continues to grow. Nothing inspires me more than helping women feel like the very best, most youthful version of themselves.
I specialize in blonding, grey blending, lived-in color, butterfly haircuts and keratin smoothing treatments. My signature style is creating beautiful, low-maintenance hair that grows out seamlessly and works with your lifestyle—not against it. I understand that not everyone wants to spend hours in the salon every six weeks, and that's okay. Together, we'll create a look that fits your desired level of upkeep, your schedule, and your budget.
What truly sets my approach apart is that I don't believe in the "rinse and repeat" salon experience. Every appointment begins with a conversation. Before we mix a color formula, pick up a brush, or make a plan, I'll check in with you about your goals, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and any changes you've noticed since your last visit. Hair goals evolve, and your salon experience should evolve with them.
Rather than focusing on a single appointment, I create a personalized hair blueprint for each guest—a long-term plan designed around your unique needs. Whether you're transitioning into grey blending, growing out a haircut, maintaining a bright blonde, or simply wanting healthier hair, we'll work together to create a strategy that keeps you feeling confident every step of the way.
My goal is for you to always feel heard, understood, and supported. You'll never be treated like just another appointment on the schedule. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and knowing that your hair plan is built specifically for you.
When I'm not in the salon, you'll usually find me in my crafting corner surrounded by art supplies and brush lettering projects, reading sci fi romance books, scrapbooking with my daughter, spending time with my family, or enjoying a night of bingo or board games with my hubby & friends.
