When I first walked in, I was greeted, and I was shocked with how nice they were since I’ve never experienced such a thing. While I waited, I saw how comfortable all the customers were and how professional the stylists were! Montse was very patient and walked me through the process to ensure I got the haircut I wanted. She was very sweet and made me feel so welcomed. I had good conversations with her and felt so safe. Montse really made her chair a safe place to express myself and be comfortable. My confidence has grown, and I feel so much better about myself! High school really stressed me out, so seeing myself as I wanted to was such a great experience! I will gladly go back when I need a cut again!
